Catastrophe
by Pooja Ganesh

I was only standing,
watching for the ball,
I was playing safe.
yet, she hurtled towards me,
her body moving out of control,
Bang! and a clac!
I was suddenly a rolling Neymar,
Panic rose,
Nausea and dizziness,
All the impending consequences

She searches for light
by Nichole Lorah

She's awaken by fear.
Dreams become all too real.

She wakes with a scream, gasping for just one normal breath of air.
Sweat dripping down her face.
All she can hear is the sound of her heart beating in her ears.
Chest becomes heavy -- room pitch black.

Nothing to see as she reaches behind her back for her phone. She searches for just a little light.
The fears are real and jerking at her mind. As it wonders and worries it all becomes clear, she forever has to deal with the surreal.

a note from the netherworld
by Miki Vermeulen

The overwhelming feeling of panic and regret
before my eyes fell forever,
was the worst pain imaginable.

You couldn’t see it then
but there was happiness in the shadows

The world was sending you laughter and smiles,
you had so much life to live.

Petrified
by Author Reinvented

I'm surrounded by people, but still feel alone,
I'm running, not stopping, or I'll turn to stone.
The moment my feet freeze the panic sets in,
My tongue turns to silver, my heart turns to tin!

I'm petrified,
And I cannot move,
I'm terrified,
I've got everything to lose-

Comforting Cries
by Inverted Soul

When my soul has become useless
and panic knocks on the door
thoughts become chaos
I can't take it any more
still hearing voices
from front, from behind
I run towards your cries
and I nevermind
your sounds give me comfort
deep down inside

Neurotic Anxiety
by Oliver Nalder

Past the mirror, quick.
Head down. Eyes down.
You already know you look sick.
You watch where their eyes double back
and it sticks in your mind.
Still behind,
when you find yourself back where you started.

Watch how they twist up their face.
You don't know what it means.
