In the pale sunshine of a springtime morn,
As fresh as the dawn before it was born,
Such creamy clouds, grace a deep blue sky,
After the midnight of rain has passed by.
Plum purple blooms, leave scented traces,
As butterflies appear in unlikely places,
In hues of green, white, orange and gold,
As bees hum to the drummer in the marigold!
Baby bluebirds peep in tranquil treetops,
While the caress of breezes is felt nonstop.

In my mind I'm reminiscing, walking backwards in memory,
To the gilded edges of time, when you first laid eyes on me,
In a beautiful hummingbird hour, of the orange sunflower,
And days and nights eclectic, as a vivid fireworks shower!
Under clear skies of sapphire, in very youthful days of May,
I saw you for the first time, when gardens offered bouquets,
In the midst of the rosy season, and the moonstruck nights,
I discerned love at first sight, in wildflower days-that's right!
as snow is melting
emerald buds show on trees
gemmed blooms are peeking
intensity sun
in the orange days shining
refreshes plum lives
Your hand I will hold
as we walk the green field as before
age has not wearied us
now I love you even more --
brighter than the sun
is your eyes ' very glow
our laugher will rise to greet
all the flowers as for us they gladly blow
There is so much wonder and magic found in nature,
which itself is a gift of God. Through nature, He
loves us and takes care of us. This message was even
clearer when I recently saw cherry blossoms upon a
tree, in the shape of a heart.

and soon to bear luscious fruit
