We are one and we are weird

Listen to my fears
We are one and we are weird
drowning in the rain
Two and two are quite the same
We all wanna hide
Or shrivel up and die
It always seems the same
Like a broken window pane
Wash it down with beer
......
When

When the feeling is gone and the days are too long
When you’re crying for fear, of deciding wrong
When sky always grey and the suns far too bright
When you can never sleep
When you’re out every night
When you’re too nauseous to eat & too nauseous to sleep
And the evil thoughts
Begin to creep

In this great big place
We call Earth
Not a single person
Owes me a thing
I'm not nihilistic
But sometimes I find myself feeling
Like the lives we bear
