Her gentle sparkling blue eyes beguiled
and beamed the more whene’er she smiled.

A fly in the sunshine - such is man.

A little pain, a little pleasure,
A little heaping of treasure;

A trembling sinner, Lord, I cry:
Thy pard'ning grace is rich and free:
O God, be merciful to me.
I smite upon my troubled breast,
