Who is He?

Down in the gutter where the rubber hits the road,
and the people are carrying such a heavy load,
You will find Jesus walking and talking to them.
The Son of God, this Holy Man of Bethlehem..
There He reaches out to the man with leprosy.
There He opens eyes so that the blind can see.
There He unstops the ears of a man born deaf.
Calling a dead man from the grave with new breath.
