The Value Of Time

The sand has passed through the narrow glass
And barely a grain remains
The ticking arms of ten thousand clocks
Strike out a quickening pace
The days which seemed like years are no more
And years that were as decades now fly
And all of our hopes and dreams and fears
Have no longer a place to hide

A Song of Resilience

Through storms and rains, its heart secure.
Look to the earth, O soul of mine,
In its resilience, God’s grace shines.
A life of trials, yet peace it brings,
