Here the electronic rush of meaning,
......
Day comes again, the sun is in the sky.
Predictable again, the sun is never shy.
Night comes again, the sun is nigh to die.
To say otherwise; To say a lie.
I count the stars, a finite crowd.
I count my wishes, a finite cloud.
I see my blood, I count it too.
A finite world of finite views.

On reading Susanne K. Langer's Mind
If leaf-trash chokes the stream-bed,
reach for rock-bottom as you rake
the muck out. Let it slump dank,
and dry fading, flat above the bank.
Stand back. Watch the water vault ahead.
Its thrust sweeps the surface clean, shores the debris,
as it debrides its stone path to the lake,
clarity carrying clarity.
......
There are times when you can just look up into the night,
and smile.
And you wonder…
Whether a big bang could be powerful enough
to produce this whole beautiful sequence of events?
Where everything has its place
and the sun sets as the moon rises
and water flows downhill
and seasons come and go as they please
without misplacing a step.
......
This is not fantasy, this is our life.
We are the characters
who have invaded the moon,
who cannot stop their computers.
We are the gods who can unmake
the world in seven days.
Both hands are stopped at noon.
We are beginning to live forever,
in lightweight, aluminum bodies
......
Upon the skies; past heaven - untold.
Beyond (of war) the planet of death.
A cosmic crystal began to mold.
Not Cyllene, Nor Titan, Europa's breath.
The surface, of the frozen, shall cool even you.
But beneath her crust roars a blazing paradise -
Fules fires within, past the cold winter hue.
Many species could rest, they're bound to melodize
Of great lives, they must live, and I'm sure they wonder too.

Science, if it's to be worthy,
must encompass humanity,
poetry and spirituality
Some time ago in decades past,
My neighbors split the atom.
A scientific power
Mankind couldn't rightly fathom.
Preaching patriotism,
We left foreign cities flattened.
Warplanes whizzed across the wide world,
And dropped our A-bombs at em'.
A nuclear-powered hometown,
