The Reset! (Life or a Video Game?)

I woke up one day,thought I had it all right,
Books in my bag,future shinning so bright.
Life felt so smooth,like a "perfect design",
Then it all crumbled, couldn't "cross the line".
School was a blast,I was "top of my game,"
Acing each "test",building up my name.
Then "homework" piled up,stacked way too high,
I tried to escape,but my "controller denied."
I failed to "re-spawn", "focus" started to fade,
Karate class came, but I was afraid,

come join the rappers on the street.
It's time for us to hear the best,
we gonna put you to the test.
Bring on all words that rhyme,
for every verse must sound sublime.
We got no time for idle sounds,
the finest rhymes will be renowned.
So if you think your game enough,
Let’s hear you play some rapper stuff.

and looking sweet

on the balls of my feet
