Gratitude

From having my highest high, to my lowest low..
The last one year had way too much to show.
It has been a mix of hearty laughs, smiles and tears..
Life's reality check has made me grow years.
In goodness and humanity I believe..
But still fear from taking a breath of relief.
I have always asked for things, while praying..
It is gratitude this year, and it goes without saying.
