Not for Sale!

When I gave myself an 'adult' tag on my eighteenth b'day,
the community gave me an invisible 'on sale' tag.
What I saw was an ocean of opportunities, service and growth,
but what they saw was a raw feminine body, a heir making womb and the glittering dowry.
I, still like a goon, dream of a life ahead built by myself,
while my own parents are trading their daughter's body.
