oh sun, my sun.
are you ever so lonely?
you shine so bright
but of suns, you are the only.
in the sky so high,
you light up my day,
chasing the shadows,
keeping the darkness at bay.

which we crave downunder here
while looking up to you for superstitions.

Strange Goings On

I lived on a rolling green farm, and I had a love of astronomy;
And peered at skies of sleepless nighttime, so vast and starry.
It had for long been my hobby, and I had a powerful telescope,
As gold days look to onyx darkness, while they go up in smoke.
Besides being extremely edifying, stargazing was plenty of fun,
As the fun nouveau coral dawns, emerging in unique versions.
I enjoyed quiet life on the farm, as much as I loved my hobby,

...distances debated.
Black holes dance sideways
gravity’s pull defied; space bends
reality warps;
...cosmic ballet in motion.
A pair of stars entwined in light:
faces tense , cosmic forces at play.

In Search of Venus

There are no labyrinths in this zone above.
This even, the bifurcated, long, empty road
Reflects the orange,
Hung high, eluding us from the grey void.
The even star —
Behold the grey patterns of heaven,
Meek and naked.
The orange, in clover, fades in the
Celluloid of the hanging sea,
