We remember you in prayer today
God will help your burden to bear,
May we remember his promise
That we are always in his care.
He said, "When we are weak I will
Make you strong."
Today, we ask for his strength
As we hear the favourite songs.
God has surrounded your loved one
With his arms of love,
Free from pain and darkness
His light has shone from above.
As he stretches forth his hand
With his guiding light,
He will grant us peace and serenity
That will calm the darkest night.
Psalm 39:12 "Hear my prayer, O lord,
And give ear unto my cry, hold not--
Thy peace at my tears."
