Early Dawn

This dawn when I awoke, and walked across the room
I looked out upon the wonders of a day of crystals
All bright and shiny, bathed in a galaxy of hues
Far beyond my mere being.
"This is summer", the voice whispered only to me
And as I watched the colors changed from pale-pink-opal
To a living light of green emeralds--
That shimmered into their realm of vanishing moments.
The quietness engulfed the beauties upon this splendor
That seemed to envelop my soul out to sea of nostalgia--
To a dream, seeking refuge on a song of compassion into a sublimeness to exist through this pre-nuptial awakening to "The Early Dawn"
