Happiness

For someone to achieve Happiness,
his interest, no matter if they are
passions or emotions, should be directed
not inward but outward— Why center on oneself? A person
confined within is a "fear locked-up."
It makes one unwilling to admit that he
is not happy with oneself. Where is all the variety and spice
of life? Sameness is an entity that
leads to boredom. Be wide! Share your-
self. The receipt will be happiness. In essence I believe, happiness is: Reaching out to others;
Ready to cultivate new fields;
Finding a happy reason;
Accepting others as they are.
Being plugged in.
Giving of self finds self.
Never letting the heart know—
the meaning of time.
