No Quarrel In Me

You can smell the grinding in their
spirits,
See the upset in their eyes
Murmurs from the side of their mouths,
Others a depression so black it clothes
them
I look to God again and say: "Please let
not there be no quarrel in me"
I am tired of crossing thin lines of
despite, hearing lies- we care
My tools of trade being taken, gone
my worthless roues that roam
"Please I say, let not there be no quarrel
in me"
For my life five
times I've had to fight with God's help
I've made it right
Through these steps let not there be a
quarrel in me
To my life, whatever the future holds,
Let it be easy, no quarrel in me.
