Sunny Dust Filled Cross Winds

Decades passed by
While the pen sat idle
While the mind raced, and erased
And the second hand sounds "Die."
Back in the corners
Where the baby's sirens scream
Where the incapabilitys lie capable
And the nothingness is all too real for reality.
Now she flies south
To take care of extinction
And all the while caught
In sunny dust-filled crosswinds,
The other half laughs
While this side struggles
While opposites meet a compromise
And the heart lies still away from the lure
Physical cries
Where fearful souls fight
Where spirit should dictate
And true life flows with both love and God.
