IRON MAIDEN

Iron maiden was she, fathered from loins of
Zeus flow free ~
surrounded by swords, steely three
aura bounded, hounded
innocence thorned, crowned exiled
white mane, this maiden
iron clad sane became

She ran in plain rain on grassy hill for all to see
glistening, glaring, flaring
Sekmet at her shoulder, flaming golden boulder
Babylon seductively she conquered in its wasted
darkest devilish years,destructive collapse
iron maiden did not fearfully elapse

On banks facing Alexander who greedily ached her peggy legs to stroke
encased in buckled leather he desired to
suckle her sweet interior
already she consulted sarcophagus for Godly
advice to halt his growth of reedy greed
Orion paths tunnelled licked her soles
snowbird mighty whole

her toenails spiky sharp, starry night harp right
Alex the Great could not imagine his fate
when liquid tongued her gate to mate late

Cleopatra in wiles of beauty and perfume
matched not this heady maiden steely steady
ultimate embodiment of feminine energy
daggers were two true bone encased
grail trail
hip blazing holding dare dangle bangles used
on command of Metatron’s
longing songs

Viking ships single handed she sailed
from frozen lakes to gory forsakes to free
Dark Southern shapes, unshackle dirt
encrusted blind ignoble hates
fervid fingernails scraped grit
grasping arching brows knit
revealing not reviling past present future
in powerful measured momented
weather feathered

Iron maiden was she, who could tell
molten spell was her purified
blue blood belled, womb electrons
moving through space
time designing freedom in unknowable
coloured chrysanthemum mime
eternal Life chaste, lubricating colonels
to haste

Iron maiden stoked ebony, ivory, scarlet
poked, scarred gold slick silver
armour of untouchable veiled victor
vibrating vision
marching with Centaurs, Celts welter-skelter
whirling Sufi masters, ancient African queens offered her burnished spears
to dare share, held her enduring
might in sight, their flaring fires sweared
endearing delight

Her weapons Truth, certainty, courage
conviction scourged to merge top to bottom
Steadfast, Freedom Salute !
