Harlord Ankwasa a youthful Ugandan poet, a true seed of Kabale, is the founder Rise Africa (Art Unity) a Poetry group uniting poets across Africa. He is Deputy Secretary UPASHASAR ( Uganda Poets Against Sexual Harrasment Assault And Rape), he's also the current president of International African Writers Association (IAWA) Ugandan Branch. He writes variety of topics but mostly love, politics, Pan Africanism.
