Ten years

Before the prophecy would come
When millions of imploding stars plummet from the sky erasing the sun
The hands of annihilation hasten humanities demise
Impatient for fresh souls
Watching and waiting the dark angels sighed

Ten Years

The unimaginable days bore the blood
Yet still, they deafened their ears
Arrogant and boastful creatures
They would lie in coffins of tears

Ten years

Whistling vertically the glowing doomsday bombs
Intoxicated with pride
Drunk with false power
They chose to join in deaths song

Ten Years

Said the voices burgeoning in desperation
Harken to the words of the omen
For the night is ever eager to dominate the world
And suppress mornings coming.
