Winter's Cold Breath

Winter's cold breath is blowing across my face,
As it cools my tears
The thought of you, gone far away
Some where in the skies has made me melancholy
?Remembering the kiss while yr blue eyes are closed,
The silence of the wind's wisdom is telling me you are near
As yr spirit embraces my heart when it starts to break
I continue to watch the snow fall,
But I must go back to our home
And warm myself with a pen in hand
I'll compose a sonnet about our tragic ending
Until the darkness becomes light
