Sights when out walking that bring a smile!
Fence posts like proud soldiers, mile after mile,
Occasionally crossed with a three-step stile,
Sights when out walking, mile after mile!

A stream wandering aimlessly along,
Now and then the trill voice of a birds song.
The Grey Heron stalking his watery prey,
Content in the quiet of a warm summers day.

The tangled beauty and colour of wild flowers.
A mixture of weeds in madness and disarray!
Cobwebs on branches like Nottingham lace.
The contented look on natures beautiful face.
