Hi. Thanks for stopping by. My name is Jake. Or at least that’s the name I choose to write under. I spent some years wandering around the globe with the Army, before settling back home in Austin. I don’t really consider myself a poet, except in the most basic definition of the word: One who writes poems. But I do find enjoyment in crafting verses and hope to improve with time and practice.
