'The Bargain Of A Lifetime'

Sometimes when you're walking, you get caught looking down.
What's heavy on your mind leaves you soaking up the ground.
I wonder if we just looked up?
I wonder what we'd see?
Cause looking down holds no purpose.
You're watching your own feet.
Trust me, they're still on the ground.
There's not anywhere to go.
Stop.
Take a breath.
This day is yours you know?
And if you spend it on your problems,
Well what a shame that'd be.
Leave your problems behind you.
He takes care of them for free.

It's a fair trade with Him and I.
He gives me a new day, to make someone happy.
He'll takes my doubt away.
And then I have another day, to help someone in need.
And to equal to my offer,
He listens to my plead.

So next time your day is upside down and blue.
Give someone the time of day,
And see what He'll do for you.
