For a long time in the Bible, we've not known his younger days,
But in many parts of the Middle East, he lived with his father.
It’s said he traveled—by ships and on foot long ways—
And once he'd grown, he journeyed farther and farther,
To the lands alone, seeking ancestral traces,
And meeting tribes and many different faces.
From Ethiopia, where the priests of Sheba's Sons, have prayed,
And past the Arabian Sea to Ganges’ towers,
He wandered plateau, veiled in myth and shade,
Where newer tribes had conquered older powers.
A young man from Nazareth, roved the desert and swamp land,
And followed the wind that whispered from wild land.
To seek the truth, he journeyed by ship to the Far East,
Long had the vessel sailed with westerlies and currents.
He sought the forgotten Jewish people and their priest,
And went upstream, defying all deterrents—
By small boat, over mountains, reaching the terminal,
Then crossed again and met the Jews’ original.
After Jesus’ ascension, an apostle followed,
Sent forth to preach to east of the world’s farthest end.
The people carved on the rock, the name of Thomas, and hallowed
This land was once called "Obedient"—though little to spend,
Long time, they kept the belief and dreamt the Jerusalem.
It's God’s plan: to make this land be East Jerusalem.
