I stood up on this steady wall,
Never suspecting I would fall,
Down into the ocean blue,
With a captain and his crew.
As I shot my big flare gun,
I had thought my life was done,
Tumbling into this salty ocean,
The captain’s boat was still in motion.
I fell and fell and fell and fell,
It felt like falling into a well.
Over was this day,
I had thought that it was sunny May.
But then a person in an atrocious design,
He held up an enormous sign.
Instead of falling in the water,
That captain just had to bother.
I fell into a kitchen with a big knife,
I soon realized this had saved my life.
For all night long I felt so grim,
Maybe because I couldn’t swim.
