“Abandon all Hope, yea who enters Here” : Dante

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Die to raucous capitalist lottery chaos
fundamentalist radio 24/7
to smell dead sleep
a snore knowing no cloudless sky
die to enamel pots smelling of lamb fear cooked
parrot screaming for fruit
where is hot water
to wash trauma of birth turning head ?
in torn pockets leaking gasoline
die to noise of capitalist lottery radio blaring
raucous capitalist lottery chaos
musty garage barred to psyche thieves
locks hang from chains like skulls looking for sockets
rust bedecked tools smothered in mites
like fools awaiting coins or crumbs
slaving in rain decimating branches
die protective tree shading panes
musty garage insane
looking for sockets
looking for sockets
rockets ahead with Rumi dervishing
die toes die ! with coins or crumbs
there is still brown rice to eat
brown rice to eat
their plates slovenly stacked
bilal chants his midday call across mall
come pray come pray
knobs turned lower slower
oedipal tongues testing resting
belly bacteria billowing billowing
weeds grow tall come pray come pray
like fools looking for
sockets
fools lost in labyrinth limbo
black bags filled with green corpses emitting
Mother Earth sighs she sighs
lamb fear into cells
crows caw caw caw raw
ablution water flawed
dying in the Sun
