A little white snow has fallen today
Lightly clinging to the trees
It isn't a very serious snow
We can brush it off with ease

Yesterday it was warmer;
So the snow melted for awhile
But then it snowed much harder
In almost a snowstorm style

Then it stuck to the trees,
The bushes, and the yard
It looked like a real storm
Though it wasn't snowing hard

But by 5 PM it was melting
The streets were clear and dry
It was just a little white snow
That quickly went on by
