raw to the core
wounds uncovered and sore
naked and plain I stand

though I TRUST
for seeing I must
and open my eyes

to look
into the mirror of my soul
and it shows

I am WHOLE
I now allow to FEEL
and accept that it is real

shed what I outgrew
cloth myself in garments of LOVE
born anew
