‘’ On Humanity They Are, But A Cancer ‘’

In the cold light of day,
We do have a say,
In how we run where we live,
In a world of affray,
We can do more than pray,
Terrorists, we must never forgive.

To the depths they will plumb,
They are cowardly scum,
Who live a life of pretend,
Their actions are dumb,
They leave victims numb,
It’s time that they met their end.

Those who dictate,
Enjoy spouting hate,
Their aim is, to get you to kill,
They just cannot wait,
To see you meet your fate,
For martyrdom, they do not have the will.

Be you Muslim or Jew,
They don’t care about you,
Either or, they couldn’t care less,
Be you many or few,
You’re but one in their queue,
In their quest to cause innocents, distress.

If we all stood as one,
All religions bar none,
Senseless killing, we could bring to an end,
Humanity is done,
If their ways we don’t shun,
Their own Gods, are whom they condescend.

Our ire they ignite,
They’ll claim they are right,
Ask why, you won’t get an answer,
They’d set you alight,
Then ask, what is contrite,
